Surfside Studio is a coastal creative studio operated by Anthony Wells, a sole proprietor doing business as Surf Side Studio and Mendocino Drone, based in Fort Bragg, California. Contact inquiries

When you reach out via email or a contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. You may also voluntarily provide your phone number or business name. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work together.

Subscription sign-ups

When you subscribe to a website plan, we collect your name and email address to administer the subscription. Payment information — including card details — is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Surfside Studio does not store or have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking information.

Usage data

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance monitoring and is not linked to your personal identity.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and proposals
  • Deliver and manage the services you have subscribed to
  • Send project-related communications and updates
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data retention

We retain contact and project-related information for as long as necessary to manage active client relationships and meet legal or accounting obligations — typically no longer than seven years. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Your rights below).
